Placement and Assessment Coordinator 

The position is full-time, and the work will be performed mainly at Herzliya Pituach.

This role focuses on supporting program graduates in their job search and career integration.
We’re looking for someone with a strong educational and social orientation combined with business understanding and the ability to build meaningful connections with people and organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the placement process, tracking graduates progress, and following up with employers to gather feedback.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with participants to review their resumes, LinkedIn profiles and job applications, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
• Deliver workshops in the fields of job search and career development.
• Coordinate and operate the admission and screening process, ensuring a smooth and
  efficient candidate journey.

Qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment or in operational, people-oriented roles. Experience in the tech industry is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience working with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds – an advantage.
• Fluent Hebrew and English – Must.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

For our team, we are seeking an outstanding teaching assistant for Chip Design and Verification Program.

The program is led by Dr. Danny Seidner, who has 45 years of industry experience, and is
a lecturer at the Graduate Degree of Computer Science at Reichman University and at the Computer Science school at HIT.

It is expected that work will be conducted between December 2025 to February 2026.

Below are the details regarding the working hours and duties

The position of teaching assistant includes:

• Work 1 time a week, for about 4 hours a day, for at least 6 weeks, on Thursday.
• There may be additional hours. Work Tel Aviv /Herzliya /
• The position includes the transfer of face-to-face and online practices (all training materials will be provided in advance).
• Monitoring and controlling the progress of the students, as well as updating management and the pedagogical staff.
• Checking exercises on a weekly basis and assessing projects on quarterly basis.
• Pedagogical meetings will be held every week for updating, instructions and assessment.

Admission requirements:

• Experience in instruction is a must
• Proven proficiency with Digital Design or Chip Design – a must
• Proven proficiency with Verification (UVM, System Verilog) – a major advantage
• Excellent presentation skills of analytical outputs as part of a tech organization
• BSc or BA in Electrical and Electronics – a must (GPA above 85 in data-driven courses). MSc, MBA or MA – an advantage
