The AI PM Builder

The complete course from discovery to production : build and lead AI products end-to-end Register now
Master the Complete AI Product Lifecycle

As a product team member, either a PM, PD, Developer or Data analyst, your reality has changed. Learn the essential tools & processes of AI PMs that will empower you to contribute more to your team and lead with AI. In this course, we will use Claude Code and dive into automated discovery, AI PRDs, design & prototyping, evals & guardrails, agent architectures, and agentic unit economics, together forming the core skills needed by product leaders in the design, prototyping, and deployment of AI products.

About AI PM Builder Course

This course is built specifically for experienced product leaders who want to advance their skills as AI PM Builders, to safely and efficiently lead product development from concept to production.

The role of the Product Manager has changed. PMs must leverage advanced AI capabilities and agentic engineering workflows to synthesize user research, generate product concepts, prototype interactive & testable products, define AI Metrics, perform Evals & define Guardrails, understand multi-step agents architecture, analyze agent Unit Economics and lead strategic decision making before deployment.

AI Products are probabilistic, exceptionally difficult to test, expensive to scale and heavily exposed to risks like runaway token loops, data exposure, and alignment failures. To ship successfully, PMs must track trajectory success metrics, engineer golden datasets for LLM-as-a-judge evaluations, hardcode agent circuit breakers, and break down complex token COGS into precise input, output, and retrieval buckets.

Syllabus
Course structure

The course provides a comprehensive professional learning experience, combining cutting-edge knowledge with mentorship from leading industry experts. It is structured around two complementary modules that together create a complete, end-to-end learning journey:
Module 1 – Prototype & Validate
This module covers the complete workflow of modern AI product development. Participants will learn how to identify high-impact AI opportunities, create AI-native product requirements, make informed AI UX decisions, and rapidly prototype using modern AI development tools. The curriculum also covers testing, analytics, and effective handoff to engineering, enabling teams to build AI products faster while reducing friction across the product development lifecycle.
Module 2 – Evaluate & Ship
This module focuses on the critical capabilities required to evaluate, optimize, and launch AI products at production scale. Participants will learn how to define AI quality metrics, build evaluation frameworks, implement guardrails and monitoring systems, and make strategic decisions around model selection, performance, safety, and cost. Through hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and methodologies, the module prepares product managers to confidently ship reliable, scalable, and production-ready AI products.

What Participants Graduate With?

Upon completing the program, participants gain a complete end-to-end skill set for building, evaluating, and shipping AI products in modern product organizations.

Module 1 – know how to utilize Claude and Claude Code to accelerate discovery, generate machine-readable PRDs, construct functional prototypes, test the prototypes using multiple backend processes, and manage a successful handover to engineering.

Module 2 – know how to determine whether an AI product is ready to be shipped, by establishing rigorous evaluation criteria, configuring safety guardrails, monitoring multi-step agent trajectories, and structuring optimized unit economic models to guarantee long-term profitability.

Who is the Course suitable for?

The course is designed for senior product managers, team leads, and group product managers, product directors, and entrepreneurs/founders with a strong product orientation. In addition, the course is suitable for experienced professionals in product development and product design, as well as data analysts who are closely connected to the business and strategic side of the product.
